Losing my best friend and Marine Corps brother Josh to suicide in 2021 shattered my world and ignited a mission I couldn’t ignore. That loss became the driving force behind WIN.

What began as a fundraiser has grown into a vital nonprofit focused on supporting veterans through the transition to civilian life. We connect military-trained veterans to careers in the aviation industry, helping translate their skills into high-demand roles in aircraft maintenance. By creating clear pathways to long-term employment, we support stability and well-being for veterans and their families, while strengthening the aviation workforce. Our programs also address the broader challenges that can arise during transition, including risks related to housing instability and mental health.
