Warriors In Need

Our mission: To combat veteran suicide and homelessness by supporting veterans as they navigate veteran transition and build a stable civilian life.

The WIN Mission

At WIN, we are unwavering in our commitment to honor and support the brave men and women of the United States Military. As a veteran-owned 501(c)3 nonprofit, our foundation is rooted in the invaluable experiences gained through our president’s service in the US Marine Corps. Our mission is to empower transitioning veterans and disabled veterans as they begin a new chapter in civilian life through support, stability, and a successful military/veteran transition.

Throughout our own journeys, we were supported, educated, and guided by those who came before us. We believe that when we achieve success, it becomes our duty to help others do the same. WIN exists to support veterans and disabled veterans through veteran transition, guidance, encouragement, and opportunity as they move from military service into civilian life. We are especially committed to helping veterans pursue aircraft mechanic careers through aviation certification, FAA A&P pathways, and long-term opportunities in the aviation industry. Together, we help veterans build purpose, stability, and a stronger future.

How We Help Veterans Transition

At WIN, we partner with aviation companies to train, mentor and employ veterans who are ready to take flight in their civilian careers. Our goal isn’t just to help veterans find jobs — it’s to help them build meaningful, long-term careers that bring purpose, pride, and fulfillment after service.

Through our WIN program, we provide mentorship, networking opportunities, tooling access, and FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) testing support to ensure every veteran has the resources and confidence needed to succeed. We work closely with both veterans and employers to create seamless transitions — turning valuable military skills into real-world success within the aviation industry.

At WIN, we’re not just helping veterans land careers… We’re helping them take off.

Why We Help Veterans Transition

The staggering rates of veteran suicide and homelessness continue to cast a shadow over the lives of men and women who represent the very best of our nation. WIN believes it is imperative to step forward with meaningful support and real solutions. Our mission is to help veterans, disabled veterans, and transitioning warriors build stability, purpose, and a successful future through support, veteran transition, and pathways into civilian careers, including opportunities in the aviation industry.

“My dedication knows no bounds when it comes to our veterans, disabled veterans, and transitioning warriors. We will meet these challenges head-on, overcome obstacles, and break through barriers to fulfill our mission.”
